Hey there! I’m Kyle, and for those of you that know me, health, fitness and the gym have been integral parts of my life since my teenage years, starting with training in East Elgin’s weight room. Over the years, my passion for fitness has only grown, guiding me through a variety of areas of the industry, including muscle gain, fat loss, weight management, dietary restrictions, supplementation, macro track and coaching.

I’ve had the privilege to work alongside some of the best professionals in the industry to refine my approach and enhance my physique. One of the key figures in my journey has been IFBB Pro Lindsay Martens, under whose mentorship I have achieved results I once thought were beyond my reach. My experience has equipped me with invaluable insights into training, nutrition, and overall well being, and I’m committed to helping others reach their fitness goals in the most efficient ways possible.

Now I’m taking the leap into person training at Torque Gym in Aylmer. My mission is to help you reach your fitness goals through effective, sustainable methods that make the journey both enjoyable and rewarding.

Welcome to Torque Gym! By using our facilities, signing up for membership, participating in classes, or engaging in any services we offer, you agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Membership Eligibility
   Members must be at least 18 years old, or have parental consent if between 14 and 17. Membership is non-transferable and can only be used by the individual registered under the account.
2. Membership Fees & Payment
   Monthly membership fees are due on the date specified at signup. Payment failure may result in suspension or cancellation. Annual memberships may be subject to auto-renewal. Members can cancel auto-renewal by providing written notice 30 days prior to the renewal date. Fees may be subject to change with 30 days’ notice.
3. Cancellation & Refunds
   Membership cancellation requires a 30-day notice period. No refunds are issued for payments made during the notice period. Members can pause memberships for a limited period due to medical reasons or extended travel with valid documentation. Refunds are not available for unused or missed sessions, classes, or training services.
4. Gym Rules & Etiquette
   Members must wear appropriate fitness attire and footwear. Sandals, open-toed shoes, and jeans are prohibited. Equipment must be wiped down after use, and all weights returned to their racks. Members must respect others’ space and refrain from disruptive behavior, including but not limited to loud noise, inappropriate language, and unsafe practices. Smoking, alcohol, and drug use are strictly prohibited on the premises.
5. Personal Training & Classes
   Personal training sessions and group classes must be booked in advance and are subject to availability. Sessions canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time may be forfeited. Trainers are certified professionals; however, members should consult with their doctors before beginning any new fitness regimen.
6. Liability Waiver
   Members assume all risks related to their participation in any physical activities at Torque Gym. Torque Gym is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or health conditions that arise from participation. Members release Torque Gym from any liability related to the loss or damage of personal belongings.
7. Privacy & Data Protection
   Torque Gym respects the privacy of its members and does not share personal information without consent. Members’ data may be used to improve our services, communicate important updates, and offer personalized recommendations.
8. Termination of Membership
   Torque Gym reserves the right to terminate any membership for non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions, abusive behavior, or conduct deemed inappropriate. Members whose accounts are terminated for violations will not be eligible for refunds on membership fees.
9. Amendments to Terms
   Torque Gym reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions with a 30-day notice period. Members will be notified of any changes via email or our website. Continued use of membership constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
